As the CEO of ABB E-mobility, Michael leads the company with a focus on customer satisfaction, growth and the future roadmap. Michael started his career at Boston Consulting Group and has successfully led many companies including gate5, Nokia and HERE Technologies.

Chief Digital Officer

Daniel is the CDO for ABB E-mobility. He joined the company in June 2022 as a leader of the digital and software research and development teams. Daniel is a technologist, engineer and digital native with more than twenty-five years experience. Previously he served as CTO of HERE Technologies, AirMap and Trafi, and led large technology transformations at Nokia and Motorola.

Florian Nägele
Chief Operating Officer

Florian is the Chief Operating Officer for ABB E-mobility. Before joining ABB E-mobility in 2023, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for more than 13 years. While at McKinsey, he founded and led the firm’s global E-Mobility Infrastructure Practice. Prior to that, Florian held various operating roles, including COO at tado GmbH, Business Development Engineer at ETV Motors Ltd and working in M&A at a US investment bank.
